BritLove
My BritLove began in the summer of 1970 with Portobello Road, Mary Quant, Trouping the Colour, London buses and getting jacket potatoes from street vendors. And if you’re not sure, Great Britain is the island- England, Scotland, Wales.
BritLove has been my hobby ever since. It’s where you can find articulated lorries on dual carriageways and eat bubble and squeak followed by Eton Mess. In the Shetlands, there is Up-Helly-Aa night and Swan Upping on Thames on the last Monday of July. Why Britlove? It just makes me happy.
